How does the ordering process work?
Browse our available designs here! Narrow your choices down by occasion or industry, and once you find a style you like, customize it! Choose the color of the napkin, the design, and the text! How long does an order usually take?
Most orders are completed in five days, but we are happy to accommodate rush orders! Please contact us to confirm that the date you need can be met by email (email@example.com) or phone (713) 661-3123.
Shipping prices/pick up?
What’s the difference between 2-ply and 3-ply?
2-ply napkins are the standard for most restaurants and bars so you’ve probably dealt with them in passing. 3-ply napkins are ideal for more upscale events for their thickness and presentation.
Pulpboard, budgetboard, wax back? What's the difference?
Pulpboard is the most popular coaster material and you’ve probably seen them in bars or restaurants. The durability, absorbency and cost make it the perfect base for any coaster project.
Budgetboard is a more economical material, great for use as a cocktail or coffee coaster.
Wax backed coasters are often found in hotels with fancy room service. They provide an upscale touch and can double as a souvenir.
Color printing method?
Our three printing methods are color printing (in tiers of 1 color, 2 color, and 3 colors), foil printing, and full photo color printing.
Are the colors on my screen what will be delivered?
We color match as close as possible to the actual product, but all computer monitors display things differently. Just keep in mind colors vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot and between napkin sizes.
How many colors can I use in a design?
Can I use my own image?

How many napkins should I order?
A good rule of thumb is 3-4 cocktail napkins per guest (ideal for a fun cocktails and appetizers hour), and 1.5 per guest for dinner or luncheon napkins (sit-down meal or buffet style). More formal affairs may need more cocktail napkins for appetizers or desserts, while more casual events may require mostly dinner or luncheon napkins. Can I get a proof/sample?
Yes! After you have finished designing your items, click the “Save product” button, then the printer icon below to instantly print your proof! If you are concerned about the imprinting process, we can forward you an Art Proof within 24 hours.
We understand that change is inevitable. In the event that you need to change or even cancel your order, we will strive to do our best to help you. Your costs will be limited to the costs incurred at the time you cancel your order. If your order is already in production, we cannot guarantee we can stop or change it. If production has already begun, you will be charged the original amount quoted for your order. We will, however, make every attempt to cease production in a manner which would save as much expense as possible. We will keep you notified of any charges that will be incurred in these instances.
